The NNSA Future Leaders Program (FLP) is committed to attracting top talent from across the Nation. We have a work environment that embraces and values diversity. The NNSA workforce is comprised of people that cross a range of ages, backgrounds, nationalities, and cultures. To achieve business excellence, our decisions must be based on a wide range of perspectives and contributions. We understand that in order to create a multi-talented, multi-cultural workforce with innovative ideas, the NNSA must recruit in a manner that promotes diversity.
The FLP has brought together a number of the best and brightest individuals from across the nation into one organization. You can see from the list below that the FLP participants come from a variety of colleges and universities throughout the United States. The average GPA of the FLP participants is a 3.32. The NNSA is committed to recruiting and retaining candidates that have exceptional talent and incredible drive with the willingness to make a difference in the public sector.

The NNSA is seeking high-energy candidates to join the Future Leaders Program.
